1. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer two types of return options depending on the condition of your item:
Unused Products (30-Day Policy):
If you change your mind, you may return items within 30 days as long as they are in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Used Products (40-Day Policy):
If you’ve tried the product and it didn’t meet your expectations, and it is not damaged, you may request a return within 40 days of purchase.
2. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Starting a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via our website under the "Contact Us" tab with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide:

4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
